Connect with us at the first EAGE Workshop on Fibre Optic Sensing, Reservoir and Production Monitoring in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, on 9-11 March 2020.

Advancements in fibre optic sensing technologies have led to increased use in reservoir and production monitoring applications within the energy industry. Distributed-sensing techniques allow for wide measurement aperture of physical properties such as temperature, pressure, strain and acoustics with increased accuracy and cost-effectiveness in geoscience applications.

This workshop is to solidify the understanding of fibre optic sensing technologies within the geoscience community.
