Garth Naldrett, Silixa’s Chief Product Officer, will be presenting the latest advances in distributed fibre optic sensing and the use of these for production profiling at SPE Aberdeen’s 3rd Inwell Flow Surveillance & Control Seminar in Aberdeen, Scotland on 3 October 2017.
He will introduce Carina® Sensing, present the step change in measurement realised with this new sensing system, and demonstrate the opportunities presented by this technology for production flow analysis. Garth will also discuss the use of distributed temperature and acoustics, and show how combined output of these data types can be interpreted to constrain production flow models.
