Silixa to present at Intervention Day, the interactive technology event, hosted by Altus Intervention on 10 May 2023
The need for the energy industry to innovate and collaborate has never been stronger. Altus Intervention’s Intervention Day, to be held in Stavanger on 10 May 2023, will provide an opportunity for operators to share their expertise and best practices to facilitate sustainability and technology integration.
The event will focus on the tools, techniques, and innovations being used by the industry to solve well intervention challenges in the North Sea and beyond.
Erick Jimenez Sandrea, Silixa’s Petrophysics Data Analyst, will present a case study, titled Injection profiling and performance assessment on an injector well in the North Sea, via a retrievable DAS and DTS fibre optic system.
The case study will demonstrate the strength of using DAS and DTS to analyze well dynamics, fluid identification using speed of sound and well integrity issues, enabling operators to make faster and better decisions to improve efficiency.
