Ruggedised Distributed Temperature Sensor

Silixa’s ruggedised distributed temperature sensor, XT-DTS™, was designed for remote and hostile environments. It is the highest performance distributed temperature sensor on the market.

It offers the established high standard of resolution, accuracy and reliability of the ULTIMA DTS family, but over a class-leading operating temperature range. The unit can operate in temperatures from -40°C to +65°C; all without compromising the superior accuracy and reliability. Complete with a self-calibrating utility and on-board solid state storage, the XT-DTS has been designed for long-term unattended measurements.

The XT-DTS can be configured and controlled remotely via a wireless or satellite link enabling remote data collection even in previously unreachable locations. The XT-DTS can be configured for either 2 km, 5 km and 10 km maximum range, allowing the temperature resolution to be optimised for every application.
